[02] The idea

Choose the harder path.

根性Konjō · grit, fighting spirit

Genius of Hard Work is a 925 sterling silver pendant inspired by training weights, with a blackened finish. The Japanese inscription 根性 (konjō) stands for grit, fighting spirit, inner strength, and the will to keep going through pain, failure and adversity without giving up.

You don’t choose what you’re born with, but you choose what you do with it. Not having natural talent or a head start in life doesn’t have to define your future. Focus on what you can control, learn to enjoy the harder path, and become a genius of hard work.

[03] Before you orderHelp

[01]How pre-orders work

Every piece is made to order. Once your order is confirmed, your pendant is cast and finished by hand in Warsaw. Allow about 3–4 weeks for production, then tracked shipping. We email you the tracking number as soon as it ships.

[02]Chain & fit

Chain length decides where the pendant rests on your chest. Our guide compares the lengths and shows how each one sits.

[03]Materials & care

The pendant is fully oxidised to a matte black finish. Avoid silver dips, polishing cloths and chemicals: they can strip the black finish.
