Every Kagenoishi piece is made to order in sterling silver 925. When you order, your piece goes into production, then it is finished by hand, checked and shipped to you.
How a pre-order works

Pay in full at checkout. We confirm your size and details by email.

About 3–4 weeks. Your piece is cast, finished and polished by hand.
- 03We ship it
Fully tracked from Poland. You get the tracking number by email.
- 04It arrives
3–7 business days in the EU. Other countries
Follow every stage
In My orders you sign in with your email and see where your piece is: received, confirmed, in production, shipped. We also email you at every change.
48 hours to change your mind
Wrong ring size, or changed your mind? Email us with your order number within 48 hours, before production starts. Cancelling then is a full refund.

When do you take payment?

Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, for a full refund until it goes into production, usually within 48 hours of ordering. Email us with your order number.
Can I change my ring size after ordering?
Within the same 48 hours, yes. After that, we can remake it in another size once it arrives; you only pay shipping both ways.
Why does it take 3–4 weeks?
Because nothing waits on a shelf. Each piece is cast, finished, polished and checked by hand after you order. During drops it can take a little longer; if so, we tell you by email.
