Design
We started from the weights people strap on to train harder than they need to. The cylinder is wrapped in riveted plates, and each carries 根性 in relief, so the word is felt as much as read.
The whole piece is blackened, then the raised edges are polished back by hand. Over time your own wear polishes it further: the more you carry it, the more it shows.
How pre-orders work
Every piece is made for you after you order. You pay at checkout, we cast it in sterling silver 925, finish and polish it by hand, then ship it with tracking. Production takes about 3–4 weeks. You can cancel for a full refund until production starts, usually within 48 hours.
Materials & care
Sterling silver 925: 92.5% pure silver with a little copper for strength. Silver darkens slowly with air and skin; that is natural. Put it on last and take it off first, keep it away from water and chemicals, and polish only the raised surfaces with a soft silver cloth. Leave the dark, oxidised recesses as they are.
Returns & exchanges
Return an unworn piece in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Pieces made outside the size chart or personalised cannot be returned unless faulty.
story
Not everyone is born with talent. Some people get there by training when no one is watching, failing, and getting up again the next morning. Those are the stories we remember longest.
symbol
Konjō, 根性: the root of who you are. It is the strength that is left when talent runs out, earned one repetition at a time.
jewelry
A small training weight on a chain, wrapped in plates that carry the two characters. Heavy enough to feel, dark enough to look worn in from the first day.
